VinFlash provides informational observations only. Our reports are NOT a guarantee of vehicle condition, safety, roadworthiness, value, or legal status. Always have a qualified mechanic inspect any vehicle before purchase.
Model intelligence, risk scores, and inspection checklists are based on general patterns for the vehicle type and should be used as guidance only.
Paid reports are non-refundable once delivered. All prices are in EUR and include applicable taxes. Payment is processed securely by Stripe. We do not store payment card details.
You agree not to: use automated tools to scrape or bulk-query beyond API limits; attempt to reverse-engineer the service; use the service for any unlawful purpose; redistribute reports commercially without authorization.
Vehicle data comes from third-party sources. We cannot guarantee that all information is complete, current, or error-free. Data availability varies by region, vehicle age, and manufacturer.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Gexiro Global Enterprises Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of VinFlash.
These terms are governed by the laws of Gibraltar. Any disputes shall be submitted to the courts of Gibraltar.
